Wondering     by Bobby G.Blackley Jr.
I wonder if you think of me
When night is drawing near.
And in the shadows of your room
The walls around you disappear.
I wonder if in your quiet thoughts
Your dreams of me are anymore.
When in the silent, velvet blue
The moon is tapping at your door.
I wonder if the shining stars
That dangle from the clouds above
Reminds you of my whispered words
In promise of eternal love.
I wonder of the lonely light
That breaks upon the early dawn
Still holds a tender memory for now
So long I have been gone.
I wonder if you dream of me
When the cloudless skies are blue
Because across each day and night
My thoughts are constantly of you.

Peer Pressure   by Brittany L. Gale

A life of lonely time hidden behind closed doors. My body is free to move where it pleases but I'm enclosed in the layers of my skin drowning in the words that I think but my body refuses to say. I am enclosed within my heart and my head my voice is loud within but silenced on the outside. My fears are obstacles that are unobtainable. My soul is dying with every breath my body bares. With each fake word I say my heart breaks a little more because, my true self is trapped in a deep space. The space within has no way out no windows or doors the walls are as thick as the walls around my heart keeping me from being me. I scream but it is heard only within the room I am trapped in. The person keeping me here is me watching every word I say and every thing I do the person that makes me inferior is you.
In the poem "peer pressure" it tells us how overpowering another person can be which drowns of us being ourselves. Being pressured makes one feel powerless and weak, for example the author says "my body is free to move where it pleases but I'm enclosed in the layers of my skin drowning in the words that I think but my body refuses to say".When the author explains how the main character in the poem is dying to speak her mind but can't it clearly proves that not speaking her mind is a result of fear. I remember when my friends asked me if I wanted to drink with them, my head was saying no but I was saying yes because I was afraid I would be thought as a baby. Well as it turns out they were joking but I felt like if I didn't agree I wouldn't be liked.  "My fears are obstacles that are unobtainable" the author says which clearly shows how fearful she is to say no and let her true self show. Because of her fear who she is inside is trapped beneath what others want her to be and we see this when the author says " with each fake word I say my heart breaks a little more because, my true self is trapped in a deep space". This clearly proves how pothetic and wimpy one feels when they are too afraid to say no to others and how fear can make you do so.

       The Sea by Natasha Holland
Like the Sea I'm deeper than what lies asight
Like the Sea there are hidden treasures in the depth
Like the Sea the surface appears light
Like the sea the frozen depths are darker than what lies ahead
My life is  the changing current in every storm
Racing across the Sea, swiftly, silently, strongly
With new possibilities rising among the norm
But afraid to rise, its subsides turning down the toughest course
Like the Sea one can never see too far ahead
Like the Sea the current is always changing
Unlike the Sea, the path you take is yours to mend
Without a course the choice is yours, the possibilities lying in your hands.

My Homework
 By Michael Rawlinson
Sometimes my homework is small
Sometimes my homework is long
But whenever i do my homework
My homework is always wrong
Sometimes I do my homework at a slow pace
Sometimes I do my homework in the fast lane
But however I do my homework
my homework is still a pain
Sometimes my homework is easy
Sometimes my homework is hard
But whenever i can't do my homework
I feel like a retard

This poem reflects how homework is extremely hard. In this poem it proves  that doing homework  is terribly borringand  discouraging when one lacks the talent to finish their homework with good grades.
First of all, everyone is good and bad at different things in school but even so it is hard to finish what you've set out to do. I remember when I had this project for Socials last year, i set goals to do it but just sitting down and doing it was overwhelming and just doing it would be like torture, so I end up procastinating and felt guilty every time i procastinated. Like the way I felt doing my project, homework is not something we all want to do and we see that  when Michael Rawlinson says "however I do my homework my homework is still a pain".This clearly proves how dissatisfying homework can be.
Secondly, when one can't succeed doing their homework they feel discouraged. I remember last year when I was put into essetials math since I was and am still terrible at math. I did feel discouraged and like I wasn't smart not being able to do my math homework without help. Like the way I felt when I did poorly in math, Michael Rawlinson shows us  how much of a let down not being able to do something is when he says "sometimes my homework is easy, sometimes my homework is hard, but whenever I can't do my homework I feel like a retard". This clearly proves that when one can't accomplish something they feel inadequit like Michael Rawlinson said, like a retard. He totally neglects the fact that he's good at a something else feeling like if eh's not good at one thing he is doumb.
Homework is like chocolat cake, indulging in the things one likes to much  ending up with the worst result. Its hard  to sit down and do our homework not being tempted to do something far more enjoyable. It makes us feel incrediably guilty and stressful even thinkling of it which ends up with a failing grade. Not only that, but when one tries to do their homework and finds that they can't do it leaves us feeling dense and out of place when really its just something that they don't have talent in and neglect the fact that their great at something else. With the pain of doing the homework and the discouragement found when one can't complete their homework,we see that truly homework is hard

The Road I Have Traveled
 By Regina J. Broker
The road I have Traveled.
Bridges I have crossed.
I've gone the extra mile,
I've come to many stops.
I had a few road blocks,
toward what I thought,
could be the end.
But had to be brought back
a mile or two again.
So when closure comes,
I do know what it will mean.
I'll finally have peace of mind,
I'll be able to feel, think, and breathe
I probably won't believe it.
I'll think it is all a dream.
And although the journey will have ended.
I'll never forget What I've learned along the way,
or how I learned to take it day by day.

In the poem "The road I have travelled" by regina J. Broker is about no matter what happends in our life we will keep on
going. We se this when Regina J. Broker says "I've gone the extra mile, I've come to many stops, I had a few road blocks but
had to be brought back a mile or two again". This clearly shows us that no matter what happeneds through good times and bad
we will keep on going. This poem also shows us how rewarding it is when we've completed what we've sought out to do be it finishing a homework assignment  in the end we will get out reward. We see this when the author says " so when closure comes, I'll finally have peace of mind, I'll be able to feel, think and breathe" clearly proving that the journey is well worth the reward. The journey is extremely fullfilling aswell, for example if one has made a past mistake say spreads a rumor, they learn  that  words hurt and then becomes a better person and that makes life far more valuable knowing you've taken something from your experiences and using it to become truly fulfilled. This shows us that no matter hopw hard something gets we'll always make it through, that at the end the journey is worth it for the reward is far greater and that through our journey that is where we can truly become a far better person.

Friendship by Natasha Holland
Falling beneath the sand
I keep falling and reaching but can't find a hand
I feel like I'm falling in quicksand
But you've come and saved me
Trapped in what others have said
You've found the key and let me in
Your the sunshine in every summer
the warmth in every spring
the pot of gold I'm lucky to find, the friend that a person never finds in a lifetime
and now with enough said, your friendship is mine, mine till the end

Distance Haiku by Natasha Holland

So far, but so close

You’re the star that I can’t reach

Can’t hold onto you.

 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Time Spent (rcm), lost memories by Natasha

When speech is permitted as crime

When an opinion can ruin it all

Like snow it only melts when it isn’t so cold

The truth is in your arrogance, your abandonment, your abase

You’re the wave that always strides, only settled when taken away

Rising high, aiming low, the heart that once flowed steady turns to stone

Afraid to give, afraid to know the heart in you is never shown

Young in heart, old in face where’s the time you’ve spent and waste?

Now we’re young with plenty of time

But like an hour glass it lessens, it dies

Frozen in time you’ll never change, you don’t listen, you fade.

 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Change sonnet by Natasha Holland

The course of change can take its toll on fate

Whether you follow their heart or your own

When your afraid that they wont love but hate

The heart that onced flowed steady turns to stone

One way or another time slowly seeps

Different everyday its never the same

It is your heart and soul that always leeps

Following like a sheep only brings shame

You’re the crab that’s hidden beneath its shell

Silenced, your molded into something else

On the outside you look as if your well

Inside you’re the slave that does what she tells

The difference between time spent and time lost

Are the memories made, the ones that were lost.

 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Missing you by Natasha Holland

Missing you is like missing family

Missing you is like missing apart of me

Missing you is like missing the wind flowing between the trees

Like fire, after your gone there’s only smoke, no room to breathe

 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Innocent deceit by Natasha Holland

Say one thing and do another

Lie right to my face

Pull me down into your lies

Into your disgrace

Innocently sweet, discreet, vague

Its funny how such an angel can hurt me this way

Like a game, you fool us all, planning your demise

Unlike all the others playing I can see the evil in your eyes

You’re the villain in every movie

The poison in every sting

But worst of all as I fall you act like you don’t do a thing

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Living in big houses, driving the cars you see

Passing all the people starving on the streets

Like an old book, they burry it behind, knowing its their, but never taking a look inside

People in South Africa, dying  from disease

Lives stolen from addiction, aids, kidnapping

Dying, deneying, destroying their dreams

The children parents  had held in their arms have turned into soldiers with iron hearts

And still sitting in your leather chair, you fail to notice, fail to care

What if your child was dying there, drained of love, just warfare

What if your child for the first time took some  meth, lost their mind

What if you prayed to God to find a soul that would help, a soul that was kind

But instead you got kicked down, rejected from family, to ashamed to live it down

And still the question I have cries beneath the greed , beneath the lies

Beneath society and what they think but what’s in your heart, what you think

Would you lend a helping hand to the ones without a chance

To clear away the pain,

Canadian Tax

Canadian Taxes

The Constitution Act, 1867 (formerly called the

British North America Act, 1867, and still known informally as the BNA Act), constitutes a major part of Canada's Constitution. The Act entails the original creation of a federal dominion and defines much of the operation of the Government of Canada, including its federal structure, the House of Commons, the Senate, the justice system, and the taxation system. It received its current name in 1982, with the patriation of the constitution (having originally been enacted by the British Parliament). Amendments were also made at this time: section 92A was added, giving provinces greater control over non-renewable natural resources.

There are two specific sections of the B.N.A. Act that deal with the delegation of authority between the Federal and Provincial Governments. Sections 91 and 92 deal with authority for various types of taxation, who has authority to levy which taxes, and various other areas of jurisdiction.

The Act is very specific in its direction. The right to tax income =, known as "direct" tax, was delegated to the provinces; and it was clearly indicated that any monies so raised must be raised provincially, and used for provincial purposes. The Federal Government was denied the right to levy income tax.

But the Supreme Court of Canada goes further. It states that no level or government is allowed to transfer its authority to another level of government, and if transfer were attempted by one level, it could not legally be accepted by another.

On October 3, 1950, the Supreme Court of Canada handed down a decision in the case involving the Lord Nelson Hotel of Halifax, Nova Scotia, against the Attorneys-General of Nova Scotia and Canada. The case involved the transfer of powers from the Provincial to the Federal Government, and was directly related to the income Tax Act. In a seven-judge unanimous decision, the highest court in our land ruled that power transfers cannot legally take place. The Federal Government was given until 1962 to remove itself from all such power-transfer agreements, including the Income tax business, and scrap the Income Tax Act...

Clearly, the Federal Government has no constitutional right to engage in the Income Tax business, or any other type of direct taxation, whether on behalf of itself or on behalf of the provinces. Therefore, the Income Tax Act is, in itself, unconstitutional, and need not to be obeyed...

VI. DISTRIBUTION OF LEGISLATIVE POWERS

Powers of the Parliament

91. It shall be lawful for the Queen, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate and House of Commons, to make laws for the Peace, Order, and good Government of Canada, in relation to all Matters not coming within the Classes of Subjects by this Act assigned exclusively to the Legislatures of the Provinces; and for greater Certainty, but not so as to restrict the Generality of the foregoing Terms of this Section, it is hereby declared that (notwithstanding anything in this Act) the exclusive Legislative Authority of the Parliament of Canada extends to all Matters coming within the Classes of Subjects next hereinafter enumerated; that is to say,--

3. The raising of Money by any Mode or System of Taxation.

Exclusive Powers of Provincial Legislatures.

92. In each Province the Legislature may exclusively make Laws in relation to Matters coming within the Classes of Subject next hereinafter enumerated; that is to say,--

2. Direct Taxation within the Province in order to the raising of a Revenue for Provincial Purposes.

Illegal Taxes III

gray shadowy dude

This is something  i found on the internet

"Facts Refute Filmmaker’s Assertions on Income Tax in ‘America’"

"...examination of the assertions in Mr. Russo’s documentary.. shows... they ... collapse under the weight of fact."

"Many of the reviews in major newspapers have accepted as having some factual basis the film’s main contention, ... even though every court that has ever ruled on these issues has upheld the constitutionality of the income tax.

"... Mr. Russo says ...that the Internal Revenue Service has refused every request to show any law making Americans liable for an income tax on their wages. ... Yet among those thanked in the credits for their help in making the film is Anthony Burke, an I.R.S. spokesman. Mr. Burke said that when Mr. Russo called him asking what law required the payment of income taxes on wages, he sent Mr. Russo a link to documents, including Title 26 of the United States Code, citing the specific sections that require income taxes be paid on wages. Title 26 says on its face that it is law enacted by Congress."

"..Arguments made in court that the income tax is invalid are so baseless that Congress has authorized fines of $25,000 for anyone who makes them..."

"... Mr. Russo says in the film that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified and thus a tax on wages is unconstitutional. This claim has been made in various forms by thousands of tax protesters since 1913, and so far their batting average with the courts is .000.
To buttress the claim that the 16th Amendment is invalid, the film displays a quotation from a federal district judge, James C. Fox. But the transcript from which the judge’s words were taken shows that while he spoke those words, they were in the context of laying out issues and that the conclusion he reached was the opposite of the words quoted."

Illegal Taxes II

fateridder

I found this on the internet
which collects taxes in America is a privately owned company { yes you read that right } although the public are lead to belive it is part of the government . In 1863 the bureau of Internal revenue was fromed to collect taxation , but in 1933 three members of the Prescott/Bush family Helen and Clifton Barton and Hector Echeverria formed the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service registered in Deleware . In 1953 , the Original Bureau of Internal Revenue was disbanded , leaving the privately owned Internal Revenue Service to collect all the taxes .

I bet your thinking how did all this get started well my friend , to understand this we have to travel back in time to the first president George Washington { tune in some soothing music } . When George Washington became president he appointed Alexander Hamilton as his secretary of the treasury . Hamilton introduced the bank to the United States , a privately owned central bank which began to lend money to the newly established U.S. government so creating control by debt { I think you can figure that out } . However the bank of the United States as it was called , caused so much poverty , bankruptcy and rebellion that it was eventually closed down , but soon after came its replacement - The Federal Reserve . Interesting to mention the bankers who wrote the bill for the United States Bank were hated by the public because of what I mentioned above . However they are the same people that wrote the bill for the Federal Reserve and whenever they were in public they vehemently opposed the bill for the Federal Reserve that they wrote themselves !!! It was clear manipulation as the public hated these guys and they were so unpopular that support for the Federal Reserve bill increased ten fold . The bill was then pushed threw congress just before Christmas in 1913 when many congressman were at home with their families for the holidays . However to ensure an endless supply of funds for the government they introduced the Federal Income Tax bill also in 1913 . They did this very sneaky as they needed an amendment { we know today as the 16th } and that required 36 states to agree . But philander knox , the secretary of state at the time simply announced that the required majority had been achieved and the bill was then introduced . To this day the Federal Income Tax is illegal yet they continually get away with having americans pay .

Side note- there is no law { that's right let me say that again } no law , that says Americans must pay Federal Income Tax but they go on paying year after year after year because they think they have to and those that know its illegal do so anyway because they are in fear if they don't , as they would lose their house , business , car you name it . Which by the way is the very diffeniton of terrorism and also why people see the United States Government by deffiniton , carrying out terrorist acts .

The Federal Reserve the so called central bank of the United States isn't Federal nor does it have any reserve . The Federal Government of the United States does not own a single share in the Federal Reserve and the American people cannot purchase them . Profits exceed 150 billion a year and the Federal Reserve has not once , in all its history published audit records . Another interesting item I found while doing my investigation as to how the Federal Reserve spends all that money { get ready } to pay off the National Debt , I know I couldn't believe that either .

Illegal Income Tax

The B.N.A. Act was written in order to establish the legal basis for this country. All laws enacted in Canada, whether by municipal, provincial, or federal government, must comply with the terms of the B.N.A. If they do not, they are then unconstitutional, or in legal terms "ultra vires," and can be disallowed as law. The document belongs to the people of Canada, and not to the parliamentarians or the courts, or to the Prime Minister and the Premiers... It belongs to the people.

The Act is very specific in its direction. The right to tax income, known as "direct" tax, was delegated to the provinces; and it was clearly indicated that any monies so raised must be raised provincially, and used for provincial purposes. The Federal Government was denied the right to levy income tax. No level or government is allowed to transfer its authority to another level of government, and if transfer were attempted by one level, it could not legally be accepted by another. The transfer of powers from the Provincial to the Federal Government power transfers cannot legally take place. The Federal Government could create currency, and they did for the first 46 years of our country. Our national debt alone is approaching $600 billion because the federal government passed the Bank Act in 1913 which means that the Federal Government gave to the banking system the sole right to create money, the banks started charging the government interest which caused great dept. In 1917 the government had a building dept to the banks and instituted the War Debt Income Tax Act which meant that each person had to pay(volintarily) 10% of there pay check. The Income Tax Act could have more appropriately been named the Bank Interest Debt Income Tax Act; but then, people would have fought to keep it out of effect. Since that time, the Federal Government has seen fit to increase the tax rate as high as 65% on high-income individuals. And now we have had the GST, which is equaly as unconstitutional.

The Hart System: tax avoidance Federal Income Tax is illegal

The Hart System of Effective Tax Avoidance. Gerry Hart passed away recently in Winnipeg, but not before becoming Canada's undisputed champion No. 1 tax fighter. Mr. Hart for many years opted to take an aggressive and active position against oppressive government, and he has not paid income tax in nearly 50 years. During that time, he has been imposed upon, charged, harassed, his privacy invaded, and his person subjected to illegal search. But he has never given an inch. He has been to the Manitoba Court of Appeal 22 times, but has never lost. In 1950 Gerry Hart received a copy of a Vancouver newspaper article which reported on a recent ruling made by the Supreme Court of Canada. He then requested a copy of the ruling itself, from the Supreme Court Chancery in Ottawa. He also requested a copy of the B.N.A. Act, because the ruling quoted various sections of that document. He found, just as the newspaper had reported, that Section 91 and 92 of the B.N.A. Act do not allow for the Federal Government to be in the Income Tax business. The two documents - the Supreme Court ruling and the B.N.A. Act - have been the basis of his battle, and the only two cocuments he has needed. He has never had the benefit of legal counsel, and has chosen to appear in court by himself. His only evidence has been those two documents. Charges against him have been thrown out of court 22 times. The last time, some twelve or so years ago, Revenue Canada was told that if it ever brought Gerry Hart back into court, that Revenue Canada itself would be charged with contempt of court. Gerry Hart has never been convicted under the Income Tax Act. As he says, "Income Tax is illegal. Therefore the collection of it is also illegal. Since Revenue Canada has no legal method of collecting income tax, they must resort to illegal means." Those illegal means include harassment, intimidation, illegal search, illegal seizure, violation of privacy, extortion, coercion, and complete ignorance and contempt for the human rights of Canadian citizens.
